Zachary D. Rosenbaum is Chair of the Global Capital Markets Litigation group. He has a multi-state and international trial practice, focusing on securities and structured finance litigation, M&A disputes, secured and unsecured financing matters and bankruptcy-related litigation. Zach has developed a specialty in litigating actions on behalf of institutional investors, both foreign and domestic, involving residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), CDOs and derivatives. Jennifer Delgado

Steven M. HechtJennifer Fiorica Delgado is counsel in the firm’s Global Capital Markets Litigation group, where she represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, with a focus on securities and structured finance litigation.

Jennifer‘s clients include domestic and international companies, hedge funds and institutional investors engaged in litigation involving residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) and other structured products, derivatives, M&A disputes and bankruptcy.  Jennifer regularly handles matters that involve multiple jurisdictions and a combination of U.S. and foreign law.

In addition to her litigation practice, Jennifer is a former attorney for the Lowenstein Center for the Public Interest, where she developed a particular interest in legal issues affecting the LGBT community. During her tenure at the Center, Jennifer successfully litigated a 35-day bench trial in a landmark victory for same-sex parents that granted a gay, interracial couple custody of their twin daughters born via gestational surrogacy. Jennifer also helped lead a national call center hosted by Lowenstein in New York for the 2012 general election, which assisted thousands of voters from across the country, many of them displaced by Superstorm Sandy.
